About This Course
This course provides a comprehensive introduction of the carriage of goods law in Hong Kong and China. A major focus is on how to utilize the practical legal knowledge in carriage of goods law by sea, air and multimodal transportation in supply chain management. This platform facilitates learning through case-based dispute resolutions in litigation and arbitration focusing in maritime, aviation, land, and multimodal transportation.
